The two Managing Directors of the recruitment and staffing company received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
The recognition was presented in the year of Gemini HR’s tenth anniversary, honouring a decade of professional work and achievements. The award was presented at the Komárom-Esztergom County Prima Awards Gala, held at the Jászai Mari Theatre.
During the ceremony, it was highlighted that Gemini HR is committed to helping Hungarian jobseekers find suitable and rewarding employment opportunities, while also supporting companies looking to build their workforce with Hungarian employees.
In 2018, the company was selected among Hungary’s TOP 100 SMEs.
Csilla Fülöp, Managing Director, highlighted:
“To this day, we continue to do our work with genuine passion and dedication, and our team approaches their everyday responsibilities with the same mindset. I believe this has been one of the key reasons why we received this recognition.”
Rózsa Fülöp, Managing Director, emphasised:
“Another important factor behind our success is that we support our partners in every possible way to help them find the right employees. In many cases, they can rely on us not only as HR professionals, but almost as business development partners as well.”
The 18th Komárom-Esztergom County Prima Awards Gala was opened by the President of the Komárom-Esztergom County Organisation of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ).
In his welcoming speech, Zsigmond Pordán noted that achieving success under current circumstances requires hard and persistent work. This is also why, in his view, the county’s most outstanding professionals and businesses deserve recognition.
Csaba Kancz, Government Commissioner of Komárom-Esztergom County, added:
“Businesses face many challenges today, but those who choose entrepreneurship often possess an additional capacity for innovation, which can help companies overcome difficult situations.”
The national Prima Primissima Award was established in 2003 by Sándor Demján, former President of VOSZ. Its purpose remains to preserve and recognise the achievements of Hungary’s intellectual community while supporting and strengthening Hungarian science, art, and culture.
The motto of the Prima Award is:
“Entrepreneurs for Cultural Values.”
In keeping with this principle, Gemini HR also supported the event, which is held alongside the county’s Entrepreneurs’ Day, as a Diamond-level sponsor.
